Dr. Jerry E. Edmonds, III
Role & Responsibilities:
Jerry is the visionary behind the Edmonds Tennis & Education Foundation, leading its strategic direction and growth. With a passion for community empowerment, he focuses on developing programs that combine tennis with educational enrichment. His leadership fosters meaningful partnerships, ensuring the foundation's long-term sustainability and positive impact on youth development.

Executive Director
Dorcel Edmonds
Role & Responsibilities:
Dorcel plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the foundation. She oversees program execution, staff coordination, and community engagement efforts, ensuring that the organization remains aligned with its mission. Her dedication helps create an inclusive environment where students can thrive both on and off the court.

Dir. of Charitable Giving
Dr. Ervin Griffin
Role & Responsibilities:
Dr. Griffin spearheads the foundation’s fundraising initiatives, cultivating relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and grant providers. His expertise in philanthropy and nonprofit funding ensures the organization has the financial resources needed to expand its programs and maximize its impact on underserved communities.

Chairman
Darryll Fortune
Role & Responsibilities:
As Chairman, Darryll provides strategic oversight and governance, ensuring the foundation stays true to its vision and values. With extensive experience in leadership and communications, he plays a key role in fostering relationships with stakeholders, securing funding opportunities, and guiding the organization toward long-term success.

Treasurer
Desiree Brooks
Role & Responsibilities:
Desiree is responsible for managing the financial health of the foundation, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. She ensures that all financial transactions are transparent, compliant, and aligned with the organization's long-term goals. Her fiscal stewardship helps maintain financial sustainability and accountability.

Sports Advisor
Hodari Brooks, MD
Role & Responsibilities:
Dr. Hodari Brooks serves as the foundation’s Health & Wellness Advisor, bringing medical expertise to ensure that student-athletes receive proper guidance on physical well-being, injury prevention, and overall health. His role integrates wellness education into the foundation’s programs, helping young athletes maintain peak performance both on and off the court.

Community Outreach
Stacy Woodhouse
Role & Responsibilities:
Stacy leads initiatives to strengthen the foundation’s ties with the local community. This role involves engaging with schools, local businesses, and community leaders to promote the foundation’s programs, recruit volunteers, and create opportunities for youth participation. Through these efforts, Stacy helps expand the foundation’s reach and foster meaningful partnerships.

Secretary
Sandra Rudd-Knight
Role & Responsibilities:
Sandra serves as the organizational record-keeper, maintaining official documents, meeting minutes, and internal communications. Her role is essential in ensuring that the leadership team remains well-informed and that all governance practices are upheld with accuracy and professionalism.

Recruitment
Jerry Edmonds, IV
Role & Responsibilities:
Jerry focuses on expanding the foundation’s network by recruiting new participants, volunteers, and supporters. He works closely with schools, community centers, and athletic programs to introduce young athletes to the foundation’s tennis and education programs, ensuring steady growth and participation.

Marketing & Comms
Jerrica Edmonds
Role & Responsibilities:
Jerrica oversees the foundation’s brand presence, managing marketing strategies, public relations efforts, and social media engagement. She ensures that the organization’s message reaches a broad audience, effectively communicating its mission, success stories, and upcoming initiatives to donors, sponsors, and the community.

Chalis Henderson
Role & Responsibilities:
Chalis plays a key role in strengthening the foundation’s presence within the community by organizing events, fostering relationships with local organizations, and promoting youth involvement. Their work ensures that the foundation’s mission reaches a broader audience and continues to make a meaningful impact.

Non-profit Specialist
Nakilah Edmonds
Role & Responsibilities:
Nakilah brings valuable expertise in nonprofit management, assisting with organizational development, compliance, and operational efficiency. She provides guidance on best practices in governance, funding strategies, and program implementation, ensuring that the foundation remains effective and sustainable.

Tennis Coach
Sherri Alston
Role & Responsibilities:
Sherri is responsible for designing and enhancing educational and athletic programs that align with the foundation’s mission. With a focus on curriculum development and program effectiveness, she ensures that participants receive high-quality training, mentorship, and support to succeed both on and off the court.
